This townhouse is located within a secure gated residential complex. Please be respectful of other residents when entering, leaving, and using the shared driveway.

For security purposes, there are exterior security cameras monitoring the entrance and driveway only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas.

Please ensure the gate and front door are securely closed when entering or leaving the property (no need to lock). And turn on dishwasher for any dishes.
