Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment - it’s completely private and self-contained.

Important – Off-Site Key Collection

Please note that the property keys are not located at the property. Guests must collect the keys from a secure off-site collection point, approximately 450 metres from the property, before proceeding to the accommodation.

Upon check-out, guests are required to return the keys to the same off-site collection point, not leave them at the property.

Full key collection instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

We provide 7am - 11pm guest communication support. Our team replies promptly to ensure a smooth stay. If anything arises during your visit, we are local and ready to assist.

Central city location – urban sounds may be heard; light sleepers may prefer windows closed or earplugs

Stairs between levels in the complex may not suit guests with mobility challenges
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
