THE ACCOMMODATION:
This stylish family home offers three bedrooms.
The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a Single Bed and a 32inch SMART TV.
The second floor bedroom is furnished as a Twin Bedroom and includes a 32inch SMART TV.
The Master bedroom is a Double Bedroom with Super King bed, located on the third floor, with a stunning glass-roof extension creating a bright and spacious retreat where you can sleep under the stars or close the fully electric sky track for total blackout. This bedroom boasts RIVER VIEWS and sliding doors leading to a 10m Terrace where you can relax on sun beds with PANORAMIC VIEWS OF THE RIVER and pool. This room also benefits from a 32inch OLED SMART TV, air conditioning and an ensuite shower room with a toilet.

On the first floor is the attractively presented open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner featuring a 65inch OLED SMART TV with cinema surround sound so you can watch your favourite movies on Netflix. There is also a JBL authentics 200 Bluetooth sound system so you can connect your phone and enjoy your favourite music. The lounge area has LOVELY VIEWS overlooking the river and the communal swimming pool.

Sliding doors lead out onto the patio area and communal pool, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. The COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOL is heated to 29 degrees and available for use from the end of May through to the end of September.

The modern kitchen area includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE- MICROWAVE.

On the second floor is a modern shower room with a toilet and LED lighting.

Within the grounds is a spacious communal lawn leading to the river and slipway, you can launch your paddle board or canoe if you have them.

The property has two allocated off road parking spaces.
