„Sterling Kodai Lake amazed us! The lush green garden was beautifully maintained, and the property itself is a stunning highlight of Kodaikanal. There were many great photo spots in the facility. The service team was wonderful, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay by the lake.“

Nice rooms, well maintained, hot water available throughout, good complimentary breakfast and room service, responsive manager - Yuvaraj, friendly and smiling staff, great support staff responding to guests, great views from the rooms (amazing and stunning views). „This is not a hotel, it’s a hostel. The worst place, even if you are in an emergency the reception will not answer your call. The beds are soo old and uncomfortable, we booked for two days but could not even sleep one hour first night and the acting manager promised to refund the second night as we moved to another hotel but the reservations team refused to refund us. Terrible service overall. If you are going from western countries, definitely not the hotel to book“
