Newly built 254 square meters Riverside retreat with ocean views featuring yoga room table tennis room sauna jacuzzi and BBQ Opening July 2025 This retreat rental villa is located a twominute drive from the Ichinomiya exit of the Kujukuri Toll Road and a sevenminute drive from JR KazusaIchinomiya Station It has six bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15 guests The 20tatami yoga space with mirrors can be used for yoga dance lessons training and more The firstfloor deck space features a sauna jacuzzi and BBQ facilities Use is limited to one group per day so you can enjoy private time with family and friends without worry About the sauna Due to its structure the sauna is easily affected by outside temperatures and may not heat up sufficiently during cold weather Therefore we cannot guarantee its temperature If you are booking primarily for the sauna we ask for your understanding / This is an overnight retreat facility with a great view along the river near the Kujukuri Coast in Chiba Prefecture
