„Good ambience “

„Room was clean and spacious; hot shower available; quiet“

„This was our second stay at The Leela Raviz, one year after our first stay. We were equally blown away the second time by the breezy beauty of this lakefront resort and being so kindly greeted by Lenin the security guard who recognized us from our first visit! A true gem of Kerala, the resort and staff surpass others with the quality of service, cleanliness, and sheer beauty of this heritage building and property design.“

„Terrible place to stay“

„Amazing front office staff- very helpful “

„We had an unforgettable stay at Waterfront by Palmyra! We spent two nights in this peaceful, calm, and beautifully quiet property – an ideal getaway for families looking to unwind. A special shoutout to Charles and his wife for their warm hospitality and the absolutely delicious food that made our stay even more memorable. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly made us feel at home. Highly recommend this serene retreat for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.“

„The hotel had no food or amenities. Did not even have a breakfast of any kind. I have never been to such a hotel. “

„The location is good but the facility has no elevator. No kettle or coffee available. Restaurant has only lunch and dinner. Nearest restaurant is far. The check in was horrible. „The Management was totally unorganized! There was a Problem wit a Payment from the Minibar! One Hand, didn't knew what the other Hand was doing! The Lady at the Reception made a Mistake with the Bill and in the End the Management wanted the Personell to pay the missing Amount! What a Shame! We payed the Amount, but they couldnt find the Payment...“

„Initially we booked a standard AC room but upgraded to a deluxe AC room on the 2nd floor which has been constructed newly. The room had ample space with a small balcony as well as with TV and a small storage cupboard. The room, attached bathroom-toilet was clean and the bed linen as well as towels were clean. Provision for tea/coffee in the room was available. A table chair would have been nice. Nearby dining options are available. The not-so good reviews are mostly due to the standard rooms on ...

„This is a very basic 1 star hotel. There are no pictures of the bathroom for a very good reason. Absolutely dingy and disgusting. Bathroom was small, had a stained toilet and a bucket with no enclosure for bathing. Bedrooms are small and again, very basic. Looks even less than in pics. “

„The AC wasn’t working and the shower area was getting overfl“

„Not a great place to stay. The room was below average, and the room service food was poor. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.“
