„Great place to stay“

„We enjoyed our stay here while on a work retreat. Rooms were great and the projector/meeting area was good for work discussions. We also enjoyed downtime in the great room, outdoor property, and using the entertainment amenities . Kitchen was nice and large, allowing easy prep of large meals. Our stay was interrupted by a power outage for the area due to a severe storm but the host was accommodating and dropped off supplies. The host was very flexible and accommodating with us cutting our visit ...

The rooms were super clean and provided lots of towels, pillows and other household supplies. Onsite washer dryer is a huge bonus. We will definitely be back next year!!“

„We stayed here at end of January 2025 - in the middle of polar vortex. Heat was set just right, and the sauna didn't take too long to get nice and hot. Nice view of the river from windows, no disturbances from any neighbours. A very lovely cozy place to stay and getaway from the big city. Definitely recommend looking into this spot if you find yourself in the area. “

„The studio apartment is in a lovely complex - beautiful in the fall with the changing leaves and a nice residential type area to walk around in. It’s close to some nice family activities - tree top trekking, horseback riding and I understand there are skiing options nearby in winter. A highlight for me was that it was walking distance to the Vettä Nordic spa. Dining in the area was a bit limited, but I was able to order Uber Eats when I wanted it (from Barrie).
