„Booked 2 beds and had 3 ppl, front desk was rude and wouldn’t let the 3 stay without paying extra, also told us we would be subject to a hefty fine if we had any visitors, when all I needed was something dropped off to me. Bugs in the room but other than that hotel was in a good location.“

„This place was really really disgusting and gross and someone pulled a gun on someone else right outside my hotel room. Another person came pounding on my door asking if I had Narcan… I would definitely not recommend staying here.“

„The refrigerator was unplugged until I plugged it in. The washcloths and towere were rough cheap ones. The light didn’t work. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The tv was snowy and desk person just shrugged. So no tv. No table. Or chair. Just an old soft chair“

„They didn't have my reservation, which was made about a month before my stay. They never notified me. I will be contacting Expedia for a full refund AND a credit to make this right... or... BONUS POINTS... Expedia please feel free to be proactive and take care of this without further contact initiated from me. As I spend $1000s/ year on Expedia, Full Refund + $50 is what will take to make this right. Thank you.“

„Booked room thru Expedia. Expedia charged my card $158. Get to hotel. They say room is booked but they only received $38. They said I have to pay the balance. I left. Still awaiting refund.“

„This place has a lot of potential but seems to be under renovation for the past few years. Plus the whole area around it has been under renovation too. The cost of parking was high. The lounge could turn into something cool but isn't much at this time.“
