„Clean comfortable space in a nice neighborhood very close to town. There were a few small issues but nothing that interfeted with our stay. Great communication throughout the process“

„Everything was fine. House is just how it shows on VRBO. The hot tub was a little dirty so we didn’t even get in, but the wind was blowing like crazy. It was quiet neighborhood for the most part and close to everything that we were doing, so that was nice.“

„I travel a lot with my 3 family (husband 3 kids) and this was probably one of our most favorite stays! We sat outside as a family and watched a storm roll in and then saw the most magnificent pink skies at sunset! The hot tub was delightful and my kids loved the swing. The beds were so comfortable and every detail was thought of! I actually wish I would be coming back this way so I could stay longer!“

„Comfy beds, cold air, fun pickle ball court, nice kitchen, updated bathroom. This house is in an older section of town not very far from the zoo. I noticed someone mentioned the rooster next door and I would like to comment about how the crowing impacted our stay. It didn't! He was a tiny bantam rooster who when crowing sounded like he was loosing his voice. Very comical. We could only hear him when we were outside on the pickle ball court, not inside the house. Don't let a next door ...

„House was spacious and central to many places. Debbie was a great host, communicative and easy to get a hold of.“

„Excellent property! Beautifully done and one of the best equipped in have ever stayed at. We love it and appreciate the host’s effort and thoughtfulness!“

„My son and I stayed at Uptown Peachy for a school event. It was great! Comfy little property with a cool vibe.“

„The house was very clean and nice. It was a short walk to Magnolia for coffee in the morning and a little shopping! If we ever return to Waco we would definitely stay at the same location if it is available.“

„Great value for the money. Hosts were very nice and quick to respond to questions. Cleanliness and master mattress has a little to be desired but these hosts are on the right track and we had a great stay…“

„The home looked similar to the listing photos, although there was more clutter on the dining table and kitchen counters than pictured. The beds appeared clean, but the overall cleanliness of the home was disappointing. The master shower had shampoo residue and someone else's hair on the shower and bathroom floor. We also found nearly a dozen dead cockroaches throughout the house, along with evidence of live ones. The floors were visibly dirty, with dirt, crumbs, dried spills and crusted residue, ...

„I had a wonderful stay during my recent vacation. The house was perfect — very clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Its location made it easy to get to all the nearby attractions, which made the trip even better. Overall, a great place to stay while enjoying time away.“
