Enjoy your stay at our guest suite located in the Chilliwack Eastern Hillsides, right off of Hwy 1. The basement suite has a private entrance, laundry, bathroom with bathtub/shower, 1 bedroom with queen bed, and full kitchen and living space.
No Parties or gatherings please!
No smoking or pets.
Parking is on the left side of the house, and the entrance is also on the left side of the house.
This reservation is for 2 guests. any extra guests or visitors will be an extra $25/person per night.

Bedroom:
Queen bed sleeps 2 comfortably. The bedroom is quite large with a big closet. We have extra blankets and pillows and a fan in the closet. There is room for a pack and play or air mattress/cot. We have a pack and play available for $25/stay.

Bathroom:
Full Bath with Bathtub and shower, complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and make-up remover towels) fresh towels, hair dryer

Kitchen and Living Room:
Fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove & oven, toaster, kettle, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and stocked with the essential cooking tools, plates, glasses & cutlery. Tea, coffee, water jug.

Some boardgames/puzzles/colouring books and pencil crayons in the cupboard beside the fridge.
Extra blankets beside the fireplace

Private entrance/Laundry:
Washer and Dryer, laundry tub sink, laundry soap and cleaning vinegar, dryer balls

You will have access to the entire basement suite

🌲Unfortunately no access to the backyard at this time.

- No smoking or vaping indoors or on premises for safety & insurance reasons
- No parties/events
- Long stays (28+ nights): $60 cleaning fee; one month of starter supplies provided.
- Additional guest fee applies after 2nd guest
