Sleeping up to 8 guests (maximum 6 adults, with additional beds suitable for up to 2 children), Anchor has been thoughtfully designed to provide light-filled, sociable living spaces and comfortable accommodation throughout.

At the heart of the home is the stunning open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Beautifully decorated in a fresh, contemporary style, this bright space features large bi-fold doors that open fully onto the sunny enclosed garden, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Whether you're enjoying breakfast before a day at the beach, gathering around the dining table for family meals, or relaxing on the comfortable sofas after a day exploring the coast, it's a wonderful space to spend time together.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a self-catering holiday, while the dining table comfortably seats 6–8 guests.

Bedroom One: Spacious king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Bedroom Two: Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Bedroom Three: Family bedroom with bunk beds and two single beds, ideal for up to four children.

There is also a stylish family bathroom with a bath and handheld shower.

Although the property can accommodate up to eight guests, it is ideally suited to six adults or a combination of four adults and four children, ensuring everyone has plenty of space to relax.

Outside, the south-facing garden is a real sun trap, complete with outdoor dining furniture and comfortable seating—perfect for long summer evenings or a morning coffee after a stroll along the beach.

The location couldn't be better. With the beach just a few steps away, guests can enjoy swimming, paddleboarding, sailing or simply relaxing on the shore. East Wittering village is only a short five-minute walk away and offers an excellent selection of independent shops, cafés, restaurants and local amenities. Chichester Harbour, West Wittering Beach, Goodwood, the South Downs National Park and the historic city of Chichester are all within easy reach, making Anchor an ideal base for exploring West Sussex.

The living area to the rear of the bungalow is gorgeously bright and a wonderful entertaining space, particularly when the sun is shining and the bi-folds are opened right up to extend the house into the garden. The kitchen area is modern and well equipped, the dining table seats 6-8 guests and there is seating for 6 guests in the TV area.

The rear garden is a little sun trap with dining furniture and relaxed seating.

Anchor is a 20metre walk to the beach at East Wittering and a 5 minute stroll into the village with all its restaurants, cafes and amenities.

There is parking for up to 3 cars on the gravel drive.
