„Wanted to change nights to 3 September and unable to get the money back even though we gave a month’s notice. On that event, we will not be recommending these people again.“

„We had a wonderful stay at Saddlers :). Milky is a wonderfully attentive host. Attended to our every need & was very knowledgeable about local restaurants and places of interest too. We had a very relaxing stay.“

„I stayed 4 nights and my room was not serviced properly. I had to get them to make my bed after I retuned daily. I cannot understand why this was not done. I did not go on a bus mans holiday to make beds I do that at home. The food was very good at breakfast. My room was well used. Toilet seat would not stay up and blind needed replacing. I was in room 2.“

„Staff were lovely“

„Ich mag dieses Hotel sehr. Es ist etwas altmodisch, wird aber recht gut in Stand gehalten und es ist sauber. Es ist wie Ferien in guten alten Zeiten, als es noch etwas spezielles war, bevor all diesen seelenlosen modernen Hotelketten. “

„Einmalig mit dem G Konzept“

„Sehr nette Besitzerin, sehr hilfsbereit.“

„Its a lovely building, full of character existing features. Parking at the back of the building with easy access. My room was the honeymoon suite. Large but cozy including a spacious bathroom with jacuzy for at least 2. Plenty of storage space and a large comfy bed. Plenty of choices for breakfast that can be bought to your room or served in the light, bright dining room with garden views. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I would definately stay there again.“
