Located just a 4-minute walk from the Metra station, providing easy access to downtown Chicago, and 1 mile from the beautiful Lake Michigan beach, our apartment is the perfect place to call home while exploring everything that the city has to offer.

Each bedroom has one queen sized bed.

The unit is on the first floor with a duplex down into the basemen. Stairs to bring you down to the basement are inside the unit. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are on the first floor, and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are in the basement.

There is no designated parking spot, though there is ample free street parking available.

Our home is nestled in a friendly and welcoming community. They are typically very quiet and respectful, but light noise can occur from time to time.
