Concierge said they asked Expedia to remove the complementary breakfast that is no longer available and said Expedia did not update it.. We paid with expectation of having breakfast in the morning paid for with the room. There was no coffee. The hairdryer didn’t work & the bathroom had green mold. There was no fire alarm, just wiring, tears in the furniture, bedding, and curtain,wood doorway damage, rickety elevator, terrible location. Bums approaching us in the food drive-throughs. My husband was approached in parking lot & almost jumped by a guy who’s girlfriend told him to leave him alone “before he messes around & gets wrong one & ends up dead some day!” This is the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had! They sent a text asking if we needed anything and then when I asked questions about breakfast and coffee, they did not respond. I had to go to the front desk and ask.
On the plus side…The concierge was helpful and explained that they asked to have the complementary breakfast removed on Expedia, but it was not updated. He also gave us locations nearby that we could get breakfast. They check in and out automated system worked well, and thankfully the water was hot.
