SUPPLIES
Towels and linens are provided, along with starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and K-cups. Guests manage their own refills after the starter supply.

THE BUILDING
Third-floor unit with no elevator, in a well-maintained building with long-term residents. Please be respectful of neighbors: quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM, and no parties or unregistered guests are permitted.

CHECK-IN
Self check-in with a lockbox at the front gate; details are sent before arrival. Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, starting 5 days before arrival and subject to availability.

GETTING AROUND
The Irving Park Brown Line station is about a 5-minute walk, with direct trains downtown. Wrigley Field is about 1.5 miles away. O'Hare is about 25 minutes by car and Midway about 35. Parking is not included with this unit. Metered street parking is available on Irving Park Road.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
North Center is one of Chicago's most walkable neighborhoods. A historic German restaurant is right next door, and dozens of pubs, cafes, and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. Welles Park, Revere Park, and Horner Park are all nearby for walks and outdoor time.

GOOD TO KNOW
- No pets (service animals welcome; please let us know in advance)

- A noise-monitoring device (no audio or video recording) is installed inside to help prevent parties
- An exterior floodlight camera monitors the building entrance
- All guests must sign our short-term rental agreement and complete ID verification before arrival
