„Top-Hotel in optimaler Lage, moderne sehr geräumige Zimmer, sehr sauber, engagiertes und freundliches Personal.“

„Alles 1 a“

„We had an outstanding experience. The service was excellent. Parking was a pleasure. We really liked the Restaurant Terrace 16. We had a big suite on the second highest hotel room floor and the view was breathtaking. We will definitely come back to this hotel.“

„Geschäfte in der Nähe “

„Beautiful room, awesome views, lots to do and eat nearby“

„Location is excellent, facilities ok, service mediocre. “

„Lovely staff. Room was nice but not top in every detail. Remote controls didn't work. Bath and room could have been more clean. We had a great time Jr Suite 2 Queen“

„Could not have been better. The Hotel is run very well and makes you feel seen - everyone adresses you with your last name. Very personalized.“

„Excellent location“

„Excellent location and great view“

„Excellent location and excellent service, the room was always already cleaned when we've got back. We had a perfect stay in Chicago. We could reach almost everything we wanted to visit by foot and anything else we reached by one of the many trains or busses stopping nearby. One downside of the hotels location is the heavy traffic on the roads next to it, so it can be quite loud at night, but I would say the noise is nothing out of the ordinary if you are used to living in a busy city“
