Townhouse located along bike path, which leads to Frontier Park (less than a 2-mile walk). The beautiful, newly restored state capitol building is a 7-minute drive away (2.5 miles). Great place to stay if you’re in town for legislative business or wish to tour the Capitol! Child & pet friendly (dog door, 6’ fenced in backyard, & kennel available upon request). Central air conditioning, washer and dryer. Located a few blocks from grocery store and a city park with a jungle gym. Parking: two spots in driveway, one in front of house, and additional spots available on the street. Three bedrooms - each sleep two for a total of six people, additional queen bed in basement sleeps another two, double and single air mattresses available upon request - sleep another three for a total of 11 people.
