Studio 7, Domus House is a modern studio in a fantastic City centre location right next to the historic City Walls and River Dee. Ideal for couples or solo travellers.
Beautifully decorated bright and airy studio suite with views of the city.
The room has a double bed, en-suite shower room, large sofa, dining table and compact kitchenette with oven, microwave, hob, fridge together with an extensive range of pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses.

If you require bedding for the sofa bed please let us know in advance of your stay.

The studio facilities:
An lcd TV and free WiFi. Linen, towels, hairdryer, and shower gel provided. Also provided teas, coffee, milk and welcome biscuits and bottled water are provided. There's also a communal laundry room with coin operated washing machine.

Parking:
Limited secure on site parking is available on a first come basis. Parking is charged at £10 per night. Alternative public car parks are available a short walk away.

Our building is private and very quiet in an excellent location right in the heart of the City.

Guest access:
You'll be given the code for the main door after you book and keys are in coded key safes inside the lobby so access is 24 hours. Check in is 3pm, check out 10am. Parking is available for an additional £10 but spaces are limited so reservation is needed. Please contact us to reserve a space,
Other things to note
No manned check-in to the apartment building. Keys are held in safes in the lobby, guests are given unique codes on the day of arrival.
We also have a coin operated laundry room on the forums floor. Guests are welcome to use the facilities.

The Property:
Domus House is a period building situated right next to the City Walls overlooking the River Dee. Previously an office building it was sympathetically renovated in 2015. Rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard with soft comfortable designer bedding and plenty of home comforts. Secure parking is available beneath at a minimal cost (pleased request when booking), the property also boasts a laundry room and well lit communal areas providing access to each of the studio apartments. Rooms are fully stocked with cooking utensils and have oven, hob, microwave and fridge. Our rooms overlook the City Walls and The River Dee and have stunning views.
