„Here's the run down: this is a relatively well kept property for it's age (150 yrs old!). It's a very small 2 story house with a quite large backyard. The exterior views of the house are from the backyard although the living room faces the front.Parking is limited as the garage was not accessible to host a minivan. „We were up here for a baseball tournament and could not have been happier with this home and the owners. Everything in the home was very nice which made it feel like we were at home. The kids had an amazing time too...there was a lot of area outside for them to play and the game room was great for them too. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again any time that I am in the area!“

„I have no complaints, it was very clean and above my expectations, staff was friendly very friendly and also very helpful.
They told me the heat in the room I was given possibly didn’t work and had provided a heater which actually wasn’t needed since heat was indeed working.
Overall my only complaint is there a few spots that I don’t think are cleaned often such as windowsills.
Bed sheets towels and everything else was very clean.

„The area surrounding the cabin was beautiful. Great fishing spot. Cabin itself was equipped with everything we needed and comfortably slept 5. Owner was very friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. Generator was enough to keep out phones alive for 2 nights. Great spot, will definitely be coming back.“

„As advertised but even better! We stayed here for a Cooperstown tournament. 3 adults. Our son also spent a night and loved it. If you are staying for baseball do make sure you check if your tournament is actually in Cooperstown cause ours was in Oneota. This made the drive longer (about 50 minutes instead of 30) Didn't matter to us because the place itself was so unique and cool. It was clean and cozy. The caboose was awesome. „The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!!
