Spent a week for Christmas, everything was great. Cabin was very clean, and everything was as pictured. Just be sure to read the directions and not rely on GPS.

Not good

The Wi-Fi never connected to the internet. Then managing office didn't help with this issue. The oven on the gas range took forever to cook even a regular frozen pizza. The location has mo signal for any cell coverage, and there's no land line that works. So, if you need to make any calls or look anything up you have to travel to the bottom of the mountain to a gas station to do so. One tv wouldn't come on in one of the br upstairs. The other br ha issues with the sound (hmmming and buzzing noise).

Easy access to Bryson City

Easy to get to and close to Bryson City. Quiet venue and cozy atmosphere. Internet was not useable but cell service was an acceptable alternative

Could Have Been Better

Broken upstairs shower. Overly soft bed upstairs that caused one of my friends to leave early because of back pain and not sleeping all night. Hot tub was not very warm when we arrived. Shower/tub combo downstairs had a very slick surface and I requested, but did not receive a bath mat. Will not recommend this place.

Beautiful in the Woods.

We had a wonderful time! The cabin and location was wonderful even if we believed we had the river right behind the cabin… over all had a great stay.. pleases fix the WiFi problem!! Had none the whole time!! Faucets in the bathroom upstairs needs attention and the tub downstairs is hard to insert the stopper. We had a four legged visitor every day from the neighborhood was a joy for our 82 year old mother she feel in ❤️And wanted to bring the dog home with us. Cabin needs some TLC but we had a nice a nice vacation.

not very clean

Nice house but not very clean. When we arrived both commodes were stopped up (would not flush but luckily did not over flow). Yellow Rose responded promptly and remedied the problem. There was dog hair on the furniture and mold on the shower curtains.

Beautiful area and beautiful cabin.

Spent 4 days here with my mother and grandmother. We had a wonderful time and no problems with our stay at all. Everything was perfect. We plan to book another trip next year.

Great time

Had a great time. Really enjoyed the hot tub. Two of the beds had hard mattresses and the upstairs shower would not get hot so we used downstairs for showers. No big deal or we would have notified someone. Nice location.

don't know what to tell ya!

A dog was there to greet us,,,,and never left she was friendly but we couldn't have the door open because the dog was there the whole time and was afraid of her entering the home, the hot tub was cloudy the whole time didn't want to use it because we didn't wanna get charged some fee the stove handle was broke ,,I fixed it the up stairs closet door was off the hinges couldn't watch any movies unless we used the DVD my daughter watched YouTube someone up the mountain was shooting all hours, was not the feel of a relaxing vacation ,,I went to the office spoke with the girls about the hot tub and they said they will send someone right away and never did kinda the reason we got the cabin was for the hot tub and peace and quiet none of that happened the lady down the hill was yelling , that made me feel like home other than that we spent a lot of wasted money on the vacation location im sorry I will never use them again, but the smokey mountains was beautiful which made it a little better.

The overall customer service experience by yellow rose and the cabin owners was very good. However, the cabin condition overshadows the customer service. The first day of check-in we arrived to a bathtub filled with dirty towels, a toilet with urine stains and pubic hair, no bed sheets, and a very dusty environment. We had to call the next day (As the offices were closed when we arrived) for them to send someone to clean the rental and stock soaps. Most importantly, this cabin advertises "High speed internet" it is nonexistent. We were in communication all seven days while at this rental with both the owners and yellow rose, but the issue was NEVER resolved. Also the hot tub did not warm up past 83 degrees. I would highly not recommend this cabin and will not come back.

Great cabin - We'd rent it again!

The private setting is wonderful and the cabin has all the amenities you need when getting away from the hustle and bustle. Internet connection is poor to non-existent, but that wasn't a big issue for us. Ditto cell service. Unlike other mountain cabins we've rented, the road to this location is nicely paved. It is also located fairly close to Bryson City and the activities there. It was described as recently renovated, but it appears renovation is still in process. Not a complaint, everything works, but there are some final finishing touches that are not yet completed. It could have been cleaner when we arrived, but given that we visited at a peak rental time, with little turnaround time between guests, I suppose that is to be somewhat expected. All in all it was delightful and we plan to rent this cabin again.

Little Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful cabin and very clean! Check In was at 4pm and when booked website stated 2pm, it was not honored for the 2pm. Getting to the cabin wasn’t the easiest but we managed.

Beautiful cabin not motorcycle friendly

The listing says if there’s an issue with the road for motorcycles they will list that- it was a very sharp turn on a huge incline to get into the cabin. If you pass the drive it’s gravel. Needless to say we had issues with our bikes- one got dropped, And several near misses. However, the cabin was great other than that.
