„Great modern hotel, clean and quiet. Breakfast is excellent. Subway is easily accessed from basement, and is 5 stops to the railway station. Hotel allows smoking - my room smelt of smoke and had an ashtray : they told me it was a non smoking room which is what I booked. They did move me on the second day of my stay, and the second room didn’t smell. “

„I was staying at Xishu Garden in for three nights. It was such a lovely place I loved it! The service was great. They could speak english and one can even eat there. Furthermore it is close to the panda station and relatively central. The accommodation was so nice and I totally would recommend it 10/10“

„Very nice hotel in Chengdu. Rooms are very beautiful with nice amenities. Nice bath and a really nice view on Chengdu. Hotel staff is very helpful in organizing your trips and booking tickets and is also very friendly. Hotel it is in a good location near to some scenic places. 2 good restaurants in the hotel (Chinese and western style). Would go back there anytime! “

„I’ve been in this hotel for the third time and can confirm the excellent location. The hotel is comes in a beautiful decoration on the 8th floor where the reception and a bar is located. The rooms are very clean and big. The service has always been wonderful and warm, in particular Beatrice and Daisy did an excellent job at the reception and I felt very comfortable with both of them. I’ll definitely book JW Marriott again when I’ll be in Chengdu again.“

„Amazing, might be my favorite hotel in China! In the middle of the Hutong (taxi can’t go there, a little walking required, don’t trust google maps, check names on shops while you’re walking, google said 15min walk - took me 4 incl searching to get there), BEAUTIFUL house, amazing staff, comfortable room, loved it!!! “

„Convenient to major shopping area, easy reach to subway. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and spacious, but noisy during daytime from stores at neighbouring streets but was quiet after 10 pm. Need to improve sound proofing from adjacent room too.“

„I booked a private room and the price was really reasonable, both the bar downstairs and the hotel is very clean and the staff are professional and friendly. „Good location, shopping area just adjacent to hotel. Easy check in. Staff manner and responses were good. Room was spacious and clean, but bed a bit hard and pillows too soft. Need to improve sound proofing between rooms (the neighbouring room was too noisy at midnight, but glad that the hotel staff quickly managed the situation then)“
