„This place is impeccable!! I honestly didn’t leave the hotel much during my short stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is so professional and kind, the buffet style breakfast was great, and the gym facilities were really nice to have. There’s a shopping center walking distance and restaurants on the way. I would definitely stay here again!!“

„Laa habitaciones necesitan una mano de pintura, están todas las paredes manchadas. Al meternos en la cama a las 11 pm, nos dimos cuenta que las sábanas estaban manchadas y tuvo que venir el chico de recepción a cambiarlas pero nos puso unas que estaban "menos manchadas"!!! ya que el mismo chico nia dijo que todas estaban parecidas.... ¡lamentable! Además, necesitaba lavarme el pelo y pedí un secador de pelo en recepción, pero el chico me dijo que estaban todos "ocupados" y ya eran las 11 pm! ...

„We stayed for 3 nights for family trips, and by far this is the best hotel that I have ever stayed in Indonesia. The staff is super friendly, always greet all the guest warmly and always try to be helpful. The rooms are nice, and the access to the very big mall is very helpful. Definitely a place where we want to come again.“
