Der Parkplatz kostet 20 Euro pro Tag extra un muss reserviert werden. Soweit auch alles in Ordnung. Nun zum grossen Manko der Wohnungen. Vor der Tür tummeln sich zahlreiche Obdachlose (das Stadtviertel ist wohl dafür bekannt), die betteln. Das ist auch gefühlt erstmal nicht so schlimm. Aber auch nicht angenehm. „Sehr gut gelegen und sehr sauber. Parkplätze sind in der Nähe - man sollte sich aber vorher informieren. Für kurz anhalten und ausladen kann man, wenn was frei ist, auch direkt davor parken. “

Auch viel zu viele Emails im Vorfeld. 1 Email mit Codes 24 Std zuvor hätte gereicht. Zimmer wie gesagt sehr schön, Bett (Matratze auf Holz) sehr, sehr hart. Alles sehr ringhörig. “
