„The small apartment is fine for one or two guests but the sofa bed can not be used a place to sleep a third or fourth person, The mattress is very thin and you feel all the metal bars of the frame. We had three people so had to switch the mattress' to sleep.“

„Very nice and conveniently located tiny apartment. The entrance is not trivial to find, but the instructions in the brochure clarify it (which I didn't read). The only complaint I have is that the 8-digit code for the building door is a hassle. After you enter the first few digits, it starts showing "invalid pin entered," but you have to keep putting it in... Also, there is a club on the same street, so there are many young people outside on Friday and Saturday nights, but the apartment was ...

„Parking was slightly sketchy, but we didn't have any problems. Proximity to metro (Sherbrooke) and restaurants (Bistrot La Fabrique!!!) was fantastic. The apartment was quiet and had all the accoutrements we needed. Only downside: 4th floor walk-up, which is only a problem if you're exhausted at the end of a long day in beautiful Montreal!“

„Too much construction occurring around the property. Also the rooftop area is covered in bird poop. Under the rooftop there is a pile of trash all over the place. Place was nice but having shampoo and body wash on the floor is not acceptable. Owner didn’t mention that key wasn’t even on site and that almost got locked out every night“

„Great location and the space itself has potential, but the experience with the host and the condition of the unit was disappointing.
The host did not respond to any messages before or during our stay when we tried to address several concerns. At one point, a man entered the space unannounced saying he was there to fix the smoke alarm, which was concerning since we had not been notified. When I contacted the owner about this, they did not reply.
