„Check in time was 4 (with a lockbox). Arrived around 330 and was told we could not check in early and had to wait until 4, so sat in driveway until allowed to check in. Part of town is a little suspect and rough, although it’s only about 3 blocks to downtown. It’s not walkable though due to two lane road with no sidewalk.. Inside of house was clean and well appointed. House key was in lockbox outside, although my husband found a fake sprinkler head within 5 minutes of arriving with another house ...

„While the house was very nice it was not functional for 6 people. One 3 person couch and 1 table that seats 4. The kitchen had 3 plates and 3 bowls and minimal silverware. No utensils except for bar-b-que. 1 towel/washcloth per person allotment per day. Therefore had to do laundry every day. VERY narrow and STEEP driveway. Neighborhood looked concerning but we had no problems with neighbors. Definitely need earplugs to sleep because of the trains. “

„The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten “
