„The check in was easy, the house was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location. The electric fireplace was great for warming up after a cold walk on the beach. One thing to note if you are bringing dogs is that when you arrive, there is a sign asking you to try not to leave your dog unattended in the house and the info book says not to let your dogs on the furniture. Both are typically listed on the property description and would have been good to know before booking. “

„From the communications with the host before the stay to the stay itself to check out, this was an amazing trip. We stayed here in the winter and the house was warm and cozy. The house is equipped with all a family needs for a restful and enjoyable stay- comfy beds, lots of games, etc. The power flickered during a snow storm (the whole town lost power for 2-3 minutes) and the boiler clicked off. The property manager was at the house in less than 10 minutes! James quickly set things right ...

„Great location. Worked out perfectly for myself and two kids (12 & 9). Walking distance to town. Inside was a cozy size and everything was updated. Well stocked with household stuff (though we only stayed one night and didn’t use much!). My son and I threw the ball around in the backyard for a bit too. Thanks again! Fun place to make memories!“

„Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!“
