This warm and functional apartment has been designed to offer you a comfortable stay, whether for a few nights or several weeks.

The living space comprises a bright living room with a sofa bed and mattress topper for added comfort, a welcoming dining area, and a television for your relaxation ( the TV does not allow access to cable channels).

The separate kitchen is fully equipped for easy everyday cooking. It includes:

a cooktop
an oven
a microwave
a refrigerator
a dishwasher
a coffee maker (Senseo)
and all necessary kitchenware.

The apartment has two bedrooms:

one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed
and a second bedroom with a pull-out bed, ideal for children, friends or colleagues.

You will also find a modern bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and separate toilet.

The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your stay.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

The Outdoors
A small garden accessible from the residence provides a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy on sunny days.

Parking is free and available directly in front of the residence, with ample spaces generally available.
