South-facing front windows provide a light-filled atmosphere all day long; while back deck in a flower/tree-filled, sizeable fenced-in backyard surrounded by a safe and quiet neighborhood make this home a private, wonderful place to relax.

First bedroom has a queen bed, while the second has a choice of fold-out sofa or queen-sized air mattress plus a small desk and media center so may also be used as an office area, media/game room, and/or generally for more space to spread out (or for those nights when you just need to kick your partner out for snoring).
