We've partnered with a nearby marina to offer our guests brand-new tritoons, delivered right to your dock for convenience. Just ask about boat rentals, and we'll arrange for one to be delivered directly to you!

*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement to include a valid ID and selfie photo in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
