This property is the ideal place to bring family and friends together to enjoy this beautiful home with great views, amenities and sleeping area flexibility.

The exterior of the home is all about entertaining! Off the main level you have a nice covered seating area with just fantastic views of Lake Norman and then off the lower level, tons of options! Jump in the pool or hot tub - lounge around the pool and take in the sun or head out on the water as we have a private dock with an on dock seating area plus an assortment of lake toys including 4 kayaks and a stand-up paddleboard! For those crisp nights, take in the lake views at our lakeside firepit - firewood provided!

As you enter the home, immediately take in the great views of Lake Norman! On the main floor you'll find the kitchen and dining areas as well as a nice sitting space just inside the front door. On those cooler evenings, turn on the main floor living room fireplace and relax! The main floor also has the primary bedroom with full bath, a guest room and a powder room.

Head upstairs to the newly created bunk room that includes a total of 5 beds and has a full bath - a great spot!

As you head to the lower level, you'll find a second family room with a full second kitchen plus two King bedrooms - both with full en-suite bathrooms.....and then the fun begins! Head into the game room where you'll find an arcade style Skeeball and classic sit down arcade!

Please note:
- This home is on private well and 4 bedroom septic system
- The owner occasionally stores their boat at the dock - guests will have the ability to park their boats on both sides of the private dock slip
- The home does have exterior cameras to protect in times of vacancy
- The pool is heated to 81 (often the sun will keep it warmer) between April 15th and October 15th each year and will be covered from roughly November 1st to April 1st each year. Contact us for potential heating rates for an early April or late October stay.
