🔹 STARTER ESSENTIALS: We provide our guests with all linens (sheets, bath towels & pool towels) as well as a complimentary starter pack of essentials including: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, kitchen necessities such as garbage bags, paper towels, hand and dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. Please consider the length and purpose of your trip when planning your stay with us - our essentials are provided to get your vacation started.

🔹 ID VERIFICATION AND DAMAGE WAIVER/DEPOSIT REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification and a security hold of $1000 (just an authorization hold like a pending transaction that disappears after checkout.) Rather not provide a deposit? No problem! As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Either one is required when completing the check-in process. Please message us with any questions.
- Corporate, social parties/events allowed only with pre-approval from the host.
- No more than 10 guests allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
- No drop-by, unregistered guests unless pre-approved by the host.
- No parking or driving on the lawn. Damage to the lawn or sprinkler system will be charged to the guest.
-No street parking. Guests must use the area in front of the house or to the side of the house.
- No use of the fireplace is allowed.
- If traveling with a pet, an additional $300 per pet per stay fee applies.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in the house/garage. This will result in a $500 fine for deep cleaning. Smoking allowed outside in the backyard only. Please discard cigarette butts responsibly.
- Quiet Hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Respect the neighbors. Complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. Yes, they have our number.

-For the security and safety of all our guests, this property has a Ring camera that monitors the front of the property. An additional exterior Ring camera monitors the backyard deck and side entrance. Both cameras are visible, record video/audio and will be ON during every reservation.
