Plaza Bungalow near Uptown, NoDa, light rail!

During your stay, we want you to make yourself at home. There is complimentary coffee in the kitchen, a full-size washer & and dryer, smart thermostat and Nest WiFi, and (best of all) we live nearby and are happy to run over whatever your need to complete your stay.



You have access to the entire house.



We live nearby, so are always available in a pinch, but we will let you enjoy your stay uninterrupted unless we're needed. Smart locks give you easy access to the home at any time.



We love Villa Heights for its proximity to Uptown and the trendy bar scene in neighboring NODA and Plaza Midwood. We encourage you to visit our neighborhood bakery - Local Loaf, walk down the street for coffee at the Hobbyist, and then head over to one of many neighborhood breweries. Work it all off on the trails at Cordelia Park or run over to the YMCA!



Uptown Charlotte is a six minute Uber ride. Multiple stations for the light rail system (blue line) are within walking (or a short car ride) distance. Various bus routes as well. Electric scooters are also common around the neighborhood. UNC-Charlotte is a fifteen minute drive. Vibrant NODA is minutes away!



As parents of twin girls, please let us know if you would like anything in particular for any children that will be staying with you. If we're around, we'll bring it right over!



Pack-and-play crib note: as we can’t ensure regular cleaning of pack-and-play linens, we are not able to provide sheets, etc. for the pack-and-play so please plan accordingly!
