Belle Pines Hideaway sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on the shores of Lake Norman — North Carolina's largest man-made lake — where 520 miles of shoreline stretch out in every direction and the pace of life slows down the moment you pull into the driveway. The house itself spans just over 3,000 square feet across two levels, with an open floor plan that keeps the kitchen, dining, and living areas connected and easy. The main level great room anchors the home — a full stone fireplace, soaring ceilings, and windows that frame the lake at every turn. The dining table seats 10, and the full kitchen is equipped for real cooking. On the main level, the primary king bedroom has its own ensuite bath, offering privacy for whoever needs it most. Upstairs, two more bedrooms — one king, one queen — share a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a converted attic loft sleeping four on twins, a natural bunk-style setup that works perfectly for kids or anyone who doesn't need much square footage to feel right at home.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
