Genießen Sie das Leben am See und entspannen Sie sich im Bally K, einem gemütlichen Cottage mit 3 Schlafzimmern auf einem 1,2 ha großen Grundstück am Wasser. 28 Minuten von der Innenstadt von Charlotte, 5 Minuten von der I-77

Dies ist ein Grundstück mit geringer Steigung. Jeder hat leichten Zugang zum Wasser. Keine Stufen zum Klettern am Dock, keine Stufen zum Klettern, um nach Hause zu kommen.

Kürzlich renoviert mit neuer Küche, Holzböden und neuen Möbeln. Überdacht und abgeschirmt in Veranda mit Essbereich. Offenes Deck mit herrlichem Blick auf den See.

30 'x 30' Schwimmsteg. Tiefwassergrundstück mit mehr als 15 'Wasser am Pier, auch in den Wintermonaten. Über dem Wasser befindet sich ein überdachter Pavillon, in dem Sie die normannischen Sonnenuntergänge genießen können.

Holen Sie sich unbegrenzte Nutzung der 4 Kajaks und Stand-Up-Paddle-Board - alles kostenlos mit Verleih. Starten Sie sie vom Dock oder vom Sandstrand am Wasser. Tolles Schwimmen in der privaten Bucht, kein Bootsverkehr, so ist es sicher für Kinder.

Bringen Sie Ihr Boot, setzen Sie am Haggar Creek öffentlichen Zugang. Skipper weniger als 1/2 Meile zurück zu unserem Pier, binden Sie es in der privaten Bootsrampe.

We booked last minute to do some house hunting and found this gem! Bally K is in an idyllic setting nestled in a quiet cove on Lake Norman. Even bad weather couldn’t ruin our visit. The convenience of tying up our boat was a huge bonus.Tim was kind enough to assist us with the boat launching. The cottage exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival there was a generous fruit bowl and lovely flowers to welcome us. The whole place was sparkling clean and fresh.The bed was extra cozy and the shower was luxurious. Every night we grilled and made a fire in the family room. We would have preferred a sunnier week but Bally K was a delightful shelter from the storms. Looking forward to booking again soon!

Very much enjoyed our stay again! Thank you for sharing your home, and all the extras! We had a relaxing time and cannot wait to return! Comfy beds, screened-in porch with plenty of seating, the dock furniture was great for evening fishing or hanging out, and the sunning deck with umbrella is perfect for lounging. Loved the new couch and chair as well, and that the kitchen is always well stocked! Quality finishes make this one feel comfortable and like home!

The house is wonderful and the views were instantly relaxing! I stayed for a few days while in town visiting my parents who also stayed. It was the perfect location, tucked back into a quiet residential neighborhood but close to restaurants and stores. The dock and spacious back porch were beautiful! We took the kayaks out for a spin on the lake and my parents really enjoyed their time. The hosts were responsive and the house was immaculate. I plan to return again!

Wonderful weekend getaway. Convenient location for food, and amazing home. Very clean and had tons of entertainment options for the kids. We selected this rental based on the ease of access from the home to the water (no steps) and it exceeded all expectations. Would love to revisit this home again!

First impressions are important. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable. Kudos to the cleaning crew. The Owners thought of everything! Plenty of towels, bath and beach. Stainless cookware and everything that was needed in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of ways to relax....we especially enjoyed the screened porch and gazebo on the pier. Our son and his family came to visit most days and they enjoyed the shallow entry to the water and the numerous paddleboards and kayaks. We had trouble dragging them out of the water to eat...Overall, one of the best vacation homes we have ever had the pleasure to rent. Top notch all around. Just the best Thank you

We were in love with everything about this cottage! It was absolutely perfect…the location, the view, the dock, the lake, the amenities, the hosts, everything! The cottage was super cozy and decorated beautifully. The bathroom was amazing and the beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we could need. The view from all the windows and from the screened in porch and deck was breathtaking! Tom and Katherine were amazing and the most thoughtful hosts we’ve ever had! They had fresh flowers, fruit, and goodies along with a handwritten welcome note when we arrived. They went above and beyond to provide us with everything we would need. They even put some wood in the fire pit for us after we messaged to find out where we could buy some wood. My family thoroughly enjoyed our first vacation to Lake Norman! We spent everyday either on the boat that we rented or swimming and floating right off the dock. The ladder made it so easy to get in and out. The evenings were spent cooking out and playing yard games by the water. We cannot wait to go back to the Bally K next summer!

Lake front is good for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc…. 10 mins from restaurants and grocery stores. Our children and grandkids come visit for a day and they always look forward to coming. We had an absolute amazing time during our stay. Everything was perfect. We brought our son and his GF to celebrate surviving their first year of college. The weather was unbelievable. We had lots of good food, went kayaking, rented a boat, and enjoyed our lakeside fires. I highly recommend and look forward to our next stay. It was perfection!

The property was absolutely perfect for us. Our son moved to Charlotte 2 years ago and we have always stayed in the city. This time we decided to stay in Lake Norman and were so happy that we did. Our son came to visit us ( our other two children went with us) and it was like a vacation for him too. The cottage was lovely. Honestly it had everything we could have asked for. The area was so peaceful and quiet. We played cards on the screened in deck. The location was convenient to get groceries, etc. I hope to stay here again sometime!!

What a beautiful little getaway for our adult family of four! We spent the days after Christmas enjoying this cottage, cozy by the fire. We were welcomed with a sweet little Christmas tree and some snacks on the table... such a nice touch. The cottage has everything you will need to stay in and cook but is also convenient to downtown Mooresville and some delicious restaurant options. We spent one afternoon having a family field day in the beautiful yard, playing yard games and warming up by the bonfire between. We also enjoyed board games inside in the evening after grilling steaks on the grill. My favorite was watching the sunset on the end of the dock, bundled up in the Adirondack. Thank you for sharing your perfect little cottage. We really felt like we got away from the hustle of the holidays!
