As you enter the front door, you will be greeted with all of the natural light that shines throughout this home.The main level includes an owner's suite with expansive views, a guest bedroom, an elegant living room with a stone fireplace, an upgraded kitchen, and enough seating for everyone. The lower level is the perfect spot for a nightcap with games, a bar area, two large guest bedrooms, and a common bunk room space. Come be our guest, relax, and enjoy these views and the privacy of this peaceful cove by day and the beautiful Lake Norman sunsets by night in the newly added hot tub!

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement to include a valid ID and selfie photo in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations
*** We cannot guarantee lake levels as they do change daily
*** Please note there is a tritoon boat at the dock, this is not available for guest use
