Welcome to My Carolina Stay’s mid term rental! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 950 square ft apartment is for 14 day stays or longer. This is a ground level unit decorated in our signature style - comfortable, clean, cozy and stylish. The primary bedroom offers a king mattress with ensuite full bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with full bathroom. Your stay is our business and we look forward to making you feel "at home anywhere."

One king bedroom with ensuite full bathroom, another queen bedroom with ensuite full bathroom with hallway access as well. Dining for up to 4 people at the table (additional 2 dining spaces at countertop). All new bakeware, stainless steel cookware. Ground level makes easy access for this conveniently located Belmont apartment.

Smart lock instructions will be sent 7 days prior to check in.

We live close by for any emergencies should it be necessary but we also have a team of professionals in place to handle any problem.

A close drive to downtown Belmont, Cramerton, Gastonia and uptown Charlotte is 20 minutes away.

Car is best or uber

There is a $200 nonrefundable pet fee. Background check is required before move in and a copy of driver's license. *We do ask you to sign a rental agreement and we utilize a security deposit hold before all stays to prevent blatant disregard for house rules. Thank you!
