Beautiful sunsets, great water views!

Come and relax at the lake! Great views and plenty to do. Kayaks and floats for you to enjoy. Floating swim platform and a dock that is kid friendly. Have a boat? We have the perfect place for you to tie it up while you're here. Our lot is full of old trees that keep us cool, even on the hottest of days~
The space
The house is waterfront on Lake Norman. The pier extends out to deep water with a floating dock. The pier has a gate that can be closed for the safety of small children.
The cottage is a one level duplex. We live on one side and rent the other. It has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. & a porta crib also available.
There is a living room, dining area, and large deck with chairs and a grill. Firepit & hammock for your enjoyment.

Pets are negotiable.

This is a smoke free home. :)

The kitchens are stocked with all you need to cook- pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, mugs, wine glasses. There are also a drip coffee maker (please bring coffee) and blender.

Guests may access pier and floating dock. If you would like to bring a boat. (please let us know in advance so that we may accommodate).

Other things to note
Towels and sheets are furnished. Remember to bring your own lake towels.
Also, please bring your own supply of shampoo and soap. Coffee maker and filters are provided, but don't forget coffee. Thank you!
