The Travelers Room is a cozy, affordable hideaway designed for solo explorers who value simplicity, calm, and intention. Tucked into a peaceful corner of the property, it offers a grounding retreat after days spent wandering, creating, or exploring the city.



The Space:

Enter through the driveway, pull straight up to the small blue house directly in front with the metal star, and park conveniently just in front of the garage. A red brick pathway as you get out of your car leads you in, passing a copper soaker tub and lush greenery — small details that set the tone the moment you arrive.



Your private keypad entry allows for an easy, self-guided check-in, so you can settle in at your own pace.



Guest Access:

Thoughtfully designed for one, this room offers everything you need and nothing you don’t. It’s a place to rest, to reflect, and to reset — ideal for travelers who spend their days out in the world and want a peaceful place to return to.



Guests are welcome to enjoy their private space and wander the property, taking in the gardens and using the compost area for a gentle nod to sustainable living.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Charlotte’s NoDa Arts District, our home is just a short walk to downtown NoDa’s vibrant mix of cafés, music venues, breweries, galleries, and colorful murals. Everything is walkable, making it easy to explore the neighborhood on foot.



You’re also just a few minutes’ walk from the light rail, offering quick, car-free access to Uptown Charlotte and beyond. Whether you’re here to explore the arts, enjoy live music, or simply soak up the creative energy of NoDa, this is the perfect place to land.



Getting Around:

You’ll have one designated parking spot in the driveway, with additional street parking available. The neighborhood is highly walkable, with easy access to NoDa and the nearby light rail. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available, making it simple to explore the rest of the city.



Other Things to Note:

This size of this space is kinda like living out of an RV. It small and cozy.



We love our fluffy family members, and welcome pets of all kinds!

Please note there will be a pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay (so we can pay our stellar cleaning staff to deep clean any pet hair or accidents that may happen, so it is spotless for our next guests!)



Interaction with Guests:

The high end amenities, from the gym to the sauna, fire-pit and garden, are easily accessible and shared right next door!



We enjoy being friendly with our community members and are open to conversation and hang outs. 😊
