„The property was clean and well-equipped. The pool was excellent, my kids love it. My favorite part was the waterfront view and the deck. I love to watch the sunset, and this property had the perfect view. I enjoyed it with a glass of wine. The Owner was friendly, making the experience even better. We will be going back here. „The house is equipped with everything and more. The kitchen probably has bigger domestic appliance than I have at home. The exit trough the bathroom to the garden and beach ist perfekt. I am really demanding in hotels and rentals, but you can be sure this house deserves 5 stars. We will come back. Dan & Linda answered all my questions immediately.“

„It is a lovely open plan home. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and silverware. Kiddos complained that the pool was too hot. It gets direct sun and a hot July made it uncomfortable. “

Spent Father’s Day weekend with family and there was 12 of us and there was plenty of room. Fishing dock out back to the canal was perfect for my grandsons to fish and the pool was a big hit for everyone. Close to beach and place to put boat in for the guys to go fishing! „The Salty Mermaid is a great place to stay on Little Gasparilla! It was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. The 3 bedrooms all had comfy beds and sheets. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and the showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There were a lot of towels in the house, but if you use them all, there is a washer and dryer included. There is a dining room with a table that seats 6 people. The couch / TV room is comfy and spacy. The TV appears to be 70 ...
