„The house is equipped with everything and more. The kitchen probably has bigger domestic appliance than I have at home. The exit trough the bathroom to the garden and beach ist perfekt. I am really demanding in hotels and rentals, but you can be sure this house deserves 5 stars. We will come back. Dan & Linda answered all my questions immediately.“

„We were in the area specifically to find sharks teeth and this was a great location for it. The beach was literally right out the front door and we did find several teeth at the beach here! Our neighbor found several just walking around the parking lot! The place was clean and had chairs/umbrella/cooler provided so whether you stayed on this beach or decided to drive to any other nearby beaches you would have everything you needed for a great day! „Had a wonderful visit with our daughter and son in law. We loved the layout of the house. It is an older home that has been upgraded and cutely decorated. The pool was nice with plenty of seating in screened pool area and out by fire pit. The blue string lights on the trees in front and back of house were a nice touch. Greatly appreciated that hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper were provided. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. ...

„We had a terrific stay here!! The manager, Yvette was fantastic. So kind, helpful, and responsive. Great house with thoughtful amenities to make guests comfortable, including filters for finding shark teeth at the beach, wagons and umbrellas for the beach, first aid kits in the house, and plenty of towels. The couch was big and SO comfortable! Beds were also great including one with a fantastic, firm mattress that was great for a couple of us with sore backs. Loved the decor, large living ...

„This was our second time at this location and fourth year at one of Dan & Linda’s properties. Everything was clean and to be expected! We had just enough amenities and perfect access to our local favorites (beach, walking paths, restaurants). Manasota Key is a hidden gem and we’re eager to see it back on its feet from last year’s storms. Grateful for an amazing stay. “
