„Excellent customer services. I had an issue with reservation in which confirmation made through expedia did not transfer data to the hotel due to a glitch in the system. The assistant general manager,Max, and The receptionist, Marj, spent so much time resolving the problem. They are wonderful! I really appreciate their help!“

„What a wonderful fairytale stay! We had an attic suite for our babymoon. I can not imagine any better place for the occasion. Our suite were decorated in a “hobbit inspired theme” with arched doors and huge bathroom with a bathtub-jacuzzi! Our host Jeremy was very pleasant and kind to let us check in early. We had an electric kettle (it is rare in hotels in the US) in the room and could make our morning and evening tea without leaving the room. So much reminded me some place in Europe. Overall ...

„Stayed here while looking around for a place to move in the area and felt soooo comfortable coming back here at the end of long days! Staff was so helpful and warm. Breakfast was diverse in options. Clean and smelled nice. And, a huge perk for me was the coffee was actually so well made with great creamer/ sugar options. Next step will be moving to a place of our own but if I had to travel again, or had family come in, I’d stay here all over again!“

„Ich war sehr angenehm überrascht von dem Hotel. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Bequemes Bett mit Federbett. Das kostenlose Frühstück war umfangreich mit Omelette, Joghurt, Cornflakes, Waffeln, Muffins, Saft, Kaffee und Tee. „This was our first time staying at a Homewood Suites by Hilton and I think it may be our new favorite hotel! First of all, easy and free parking, check in was a breeze and the hotel smelled clean. Not in an overwhelming "bleachey" kind of way, just an overall clean smell. Our room was spacious with a firm mattress (which we love) and a spacious shower with fantastic water pressure. „Clean rooms and nice breakfast. Housekeeping did not come in my room at all the 3 days I was there. There was a kids soccer team there first 2 nights. They were running up and down the halls knocking on doors and making noise. Lots of lobby noice d/t them too.“

„You need to let a person know breakfast is not free. Just handed a bill for breakfast no one said anything until I finished eating a little bit of breakfast. Never stayed at a Hilton where breakfast was charged for $15.00. Ridiculous!!!! Never again!!!“
