The first floor reveals two bedrooms, a bedroom with porch access and a private bath, along with a creative space featuring a desk and chair—a haven for writers. Ascend to the second floor, where an open floor plan seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen areas. A cozy sitting space with a large HDTV invites relaxation, while the fully equipped modern kitchen stands ready for your culinary adventures. The adjacent porch becomes an oasis for pre or post-night-out moments.
On the bright and welcoming third floor, the kitchen is equipped with all essential cooking and kitchenware. A formal dining table for 6-7 guests, complemented by additional seating for 3 at the bar top, ensures ample space for shared meals. Ascend the grand staircase to the third floor, where two bedrooms await, sharing a full bathroom.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis

dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and

Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
