This property overlooks both the mouth of the Edisto River and the Atlantic Ocean and comes fully appointed. There is abundant wildlife to see, including deer on the dunes and our famous beach-feeding dolphins! Bring your bike, kayak, or paddleboard-- or rent them-- the island is full of adventures for you and your family!

This unit is on the first floor. Prior approval for Fido is required. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR PETS.
Club Amenity access is included in this price. Many hosts require guests to purchase this separately through The CLUB (up to an additional $50 per day/$300 weekly fee).
Amenity Cards are required to gain access to the Club at Seabrook, which has two championship golf courses, the Equestrian Center, the oceanfront pool complex, the racquet club, and all dining options inside the security gate.
Club amenity cards do not provide access to the 'Lakehouse' gym and indoor pool. Guests purchase these amenities from the POA and can not purchase them from the host; this is the case for all properties. The host can not purchase them for you.
Only one car per bedroom, via new 2025 Town of Seabrook rules. This is the same for all rentals throughout Seabrook.
A Full-service grocery store, restaurants, and shops are located just outside the security gate at Freshfields Village.
