Some of our favorites were the huge wraparound deck, boardwalk to the water, fishing off the dock, and the fun basement games. The location is a great jumping off point for Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. Overall, this was a wonderful and relaxing get-away for our family. “

„The cottage was much worse than the photos. The online photos are of more expensive or updated suites or are taken to deceive. The beds are excellent. The two units we saw are otherwise very dated. Clean but in need of replacement except the beds. The internet is not wired, so it's slow, drops often and has no security. „We stayed this past week with our two dogs, and it was a wonderful family vacation. We stayed in the Blacksmith Cottage, which was fully-furnished with everything we needed. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with pots and pans, and the oven and fridge were great to have. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. „The property was as advertised and had everything we needed for our family get-away. It should be noted that even though we stayed on the Kingsmill property, we were not able to make tee times and play golf which we've been able to do in the past. Guessing the policy has changed if you do not book through the resort. No problem though as there are planty of golf courses around and we had not trouble getting a tee time at a very nice course. the location we had was also very nice and ...
