„One day before our arrival we received following message: Dear Guest, We would like to inform you that, due to irregular resolutions issued by the authorities of the State of Yucatan, The Lodge at Chichén Itzá has been forced to temporarily suspend its operations. Our legal team is taking all necessary actions to remedy this situation and reopen our doors in the shortest time possible. In the meantime, we have secured your stay by automatically transferring your reservation to the Chichén Itzá ...

„Very nice staff“

„Beautiful setting and service . The beds are way too soft and old otherwise the parc and garden are absolutely stunning . The service is excellent too . Be careful check your room first thing for insects . “

„Personal atento, servicial y flexible. Recomendación totalmente el lugar“

„The check in was at 3pm but the door was locked when I arrived. Someone showed up at 4pm and never apologiged. The room was clean and quiet. “

„The customer service was excellent. The staff was very hospitable and the property was very charming.“

„Beautiful, clean, peaceful and awesome cenote. Perfect place to relax.“

„Breakfast was freshly made. People were super nice. You get pool towels at the reception. It’s very basic BUT it’s a really nice and spacious place. Would stay here again.“

„Very (!) loud room, very hot. Limited and small breakfast included. Perfectly located. Excellent dinner. Recommended for one or two day stay at maximum.“
