„Perfect set up. The bunk rooms are in the attached “boathouse”. Boys loved having “their own house”. Fire pit is on a cement patio, which was very nice. Gas grill was great. Huge back porch, two docks to fish and overall very nice house in a great neighborhood only 5 min from the grocery store. Loft stairs are steep so watch your step. Huge grassy area to play and very friendly people in the community. “

„I picked this house because of the dock and it didn’t disappoint. We got to enjoy the sun and fish on the large area. We caught as many turtles as fish but the smooth as glass water was perfect for kayaking. It is secluded and the only neighbor we saw was very nice. „The house was beautiful in a quiet location. The only thing is read closely and don’t sssume an error in the description. While “technically” there are 2 bathrooms, it’s a little different. There is a half bath that connects to Master & hallway and it contains the only toilet. There is another bathroom in the master but it only has a shower, vanity and sink. „Loved the location. The stairs are steep so not good with kids or those with joint issue. I asked to see the garden twice with no response from host so I was disappointed with that. The air conditioning units in windows cooled the place effectively. Facility provided everything you needed. Loved that we could bring our pets!
