Located on level -1 of the residential block, it comprises a 17 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
– A 17 m² living room with a sofa bed (140x190), a TV, a dining area and a fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
– A bedroom with a double bed (140×200) and a wardrobe.
– A sleeping area in the hallway with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a wardrobe.
– A bathroom with a bath.
– A separate toilet.

Outside:
– A 15 m² south-facing terrace with furniture provided so you can make the most of sunny days.
A wellness area shared with the whole residence:
• 1 heated outdoor swimming pool (when the outside temperature is below 20°C)
• 1 hot tub
• 1 to 2 saunas (depending on usage)
• 1 fitness room

The leisure area is open 7 days a week during the winter season (from 5 December to 11 April, 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm, 7 days a week), and during the summer season (July–August)
