„The hotel is close to Zermatt railway station, only 5 minute walk. For checking in, you need to go to Alpen Resort and Spa. It is around 10 minute walk from the station. You can drop off your luggage in the Alpen Resort but not at Le Perle. The size of the room is big and it is clean. There are many supermarkets and you can cook. „The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings.“

„Very neat and lovely furnished apartment. Though a bit hot due to summerly temperatures (the heat won't go out). Clean and comfortable beds. Newly renovated kitchen (as it seems). „Location just outside village centre and train station, ok to walk in good weather (with luggage), otherwise get a taxi! Our stay was relaxing, had a nice meal in the restaurant, staff friendly and helpful. Not much to complain about, apart from inadequate shower gel - 2 tiny sachets for 3 people, though this was probably an oversight. Even so, the sachets were inadequate for a proper shower. Would recommend.“

„Very friendly manager and up to his task. Late arrival and late check out was nicely arranged. Always nice to come to a place with warm welcome. Only thing I would like to change for next visit was the partly uncomfortable mattress. It was a bit worn out and wrong size in the bed. And still the fantastic mountain view was stunning in the morning.“

„Great location, close to the lift for skiing and an easy walk to town. The building is well kept and the caretaker very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well appointed and modern. When we arrived it was late and I asked about groceries. I was told the store was closed. About 15 minutes later the caretaker arrived with a bag of essentials for the next day!!!!
