„We stayed here while in town for a wedding. We had 13 adults and one child. This is such a neat old house with so many cool features. We had a fun time exploring the house and admiring the unique features like the Jefferson doors to the porches, the old coal dump, and all the super cool antiques in the home. „We liked the property but it said it could sleep 6 but it didn't have eating seating or plates for 6. We had 5 and had to sit on floor to really spread out. Close to all the attractions and we liked the history of place. Close to shops and food places.“

„The house was much nicer than the pictures showed. They are in the process of remodeling and it was actually very nice. The host was unable to access Vrbo so he was not responsive to my messages. Vrbo put me in touch with him and he was on top of it from there. He was a good communicator once I got a hold of him. The place was much better than it looks in the pictures. The only down side was there are not nearly as many beds as listed. “

„Das Haus ist wunderschön, tolle Umgebung, sehr ruhig und auch grössere Metropolen sind sehr gut zu errreichen. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Jeden Tag kamen uns Rehe besuchen, man konnte fast die Uhr nach ihnen stellen. Volle Sterne auch schon allein wegen des Kontaktes zu den Vermietern dieser Unterkunft.“

„My husband and I were finally able to take our youngest kids (18 & 21 years old) to see the D.C. area along with Gettysburg. The place is literally on the corner of 2 major roads in town. I was a bit surprised how near the traffic was. It could be noisy at times but did not bother us too much. It may bother others who are light sleepers. „Stayed here on a recent visit to Gettysburg, traveling with our 10 year old granddaughter and our dog. There were so many nice touches and amenities, and the beds were very comfortable. Communicating with the owner was easy, and the owner went out of their way to be helpful and accomodating. We were pleasantly surprised at how well-stocked the kitchen was, and impressed with the collection of games and pet items. Great stay!“

„It’s a great place for a quick stay. Easy to get into. The steps to get into the main area are a little tough especially without a way to block them off such as a baby gate.
