„Great property. Comfortable and perfect for our family of 5, including grandma and two kids. Had everything we needed and then some. The owners were great communicators and made it very easy. We felt at home. If anyone in your group has mobility challenges, there are some uneven floors but it wasn’t an issue for our group. “

„Lovely house. Beautiful view. Fabulous stay. We were 8 college dorm mates, graduated in 1976. Since we are all around 70 the bunk bed was not a good choice for us. Better suited to 4 adults & 4 children. Customer service was great and timely. Earlier and more information on the water would have been helpful. Some don't like the taste of the water. Overall we had a really wonderful stay.“

„Encanto House was a quiet little place to stay near the Cumbres/Toltec train station. It was walking distance. The little house was clean and had most of the comforts we needed to enjoy our short visit to this beautiful town. Bed was comfy and the coffee was strong. Owners were easy to communicate with. „This is our 3rd stay at “The Getaway.”It’s a wonderful place for all ages. If you need a break and place to reset from the daily grind this is the sanctuary to do so. We enjoy the quiet to read and reconnect with family on the porch over a cup of coffee or a meal at the table. Our family enjoys playing card or board games or walks down to the river. We always come home refreshed! Abby is a gracious host who provides an inviting atmosphere for all to enjoy! We look forward to returning this Fall.“

„Buffalo Run Cabin is a VRBO that truly reflects the photos you see online. It’s impressive and comfy, with everything you need for a great escape. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the evening, watching the hummingbirds vie for position on the feeder that we’d filled. In the morning, 3 bucks roamed behind the cabin. This cabin is especially wonderful for people who love the outdoors. As a retired wildlife biologist, I certainly fit into that category. “
