„Exceptionally stocked home, very clean and just as described in photos. The host, Nathan, was extraordinary to work with. He was very receptive and answered all my questions very promptly. I would highly recommend this condo for your next visit to Turks. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, beach and shopping. Very safe area in a gated complex. Pool was hardly used by others and felt like we had the place to ourselves. “

„We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. House keeping was great and even loaded the dishwasher for us each day. We enjoyed the expansive patio, and my boys enjoyed throwing football on the lawn. My kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings. The beach is incredible, and we loved how quiet and uncrowded it was in front of Villa Renaissance, especially compared to how crowded it was in front of some of the larger resorts a few doors down. „In a word, this place is idyllic. Far and away the most relaxing vacation I have had in my lifetime. I think I found my new place to recharge when everything in life seems to be too crazy. Property itself is immaculate. The penthouse has a gorgeous view of the ocean and a table to have meals should you want to use the full kitchen to cook. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the space is very quiet even though it is walking distance to the main shopping area.“
