„met here for a family gathering elsewhere in the town. this is the perfect home for a couple with another or a kid or two. the view of the river is awesome and the wildlife was abundant. the owners were easy to work with. the only caveat would be if you have trouble with steps all the rooms are on the second floor so this is a consideration for some people with mobility issues I would suppose. “

„It was perfect for what we needed it for! Being off the main drag was not a favorite aspect but it really didn’t matter since we only spent mornings & evenings in the house. It was very clean & perfectly stocked. LOVED that there were coffee pot options as I’m am not a fan of Keurigs. Wish there were window coverings for the doors but again not a dealbreaker. I was concerned that the neighborood on the dock might be a whoop-it-up loud all-night-long kind of party crowd (and I am VERY boring), but everyone was going-out-of-their way charming and kind. Overall - it was lovely. Highly recommend it. Perfect getaway. “

„We enjoyed our stay. The upstairs toilet was clogging a lot. Just a heads up. You should make one of the rooms in the first floor a bedroom for older poodle instead of a futon. Thanks so much“

„Great house for a nice getaway. Plenty to do onsite to keep you occupied. Fantastic outdoor patio area with woods behind the house. 2-person jacuzzi tub was fantastic too. Beds were comfortable, and house was nicely decorated and stocked with essentials. Plenty of seasoned firewood for inddor and outdoor use.Had a very minor hiccup with check-in, which was not the owners fault. Even so, he went over and above to make things right, and has been very accommodating and responsive throughout our ...
